International cuisine options in Dublin

Indian Food Dublin

Dublin is an excellent place to try dishes from different regions of the world. Many restaurants, by the way, have Michelin stars. In the Irish capital you can find restaurants offering Moroccan, Nepali or Nigerian food and many more international cuisines. We selected some restaurants in Dublin where you can test out some of these lesser-known foods.

Nepal – Lumanti

Africana

Although Brazil has a strong influence of African culture and cuisine, it is not common to find restaurants typical of that continent in Brazil. In Dublin, there are two great alternatives for you to discover this rich and delicious cuisine.

Our first tip is Star, which offers great dishes from West African cuisine, such as Nigeria, Ivory Coast and Tunisia. Stews, soups, sweets and drinks typical of Africa are available on the Irawo menu.

Another restaurant worth visiting is Mama Shee’s, which offers typical Nigerian dishes. Dishes include rice, beans (not with as much broth as we are used to in Brazil), vegetables and well-seasoned meats. The restaurant that offers a unique and charming atmosphere.

Moroccan

Two very popular Dublin restaurants are Dada and El Bahia, which offer much more than typical dishes. In these places you will experience unforgettable and different moments, as if you were in Morocco.

O El Bahia it is all decorated in a typical Moroccan environment, with rugs, scents and different lighting. Experience unique combinations of couscous, chicken, lamb, vegetables and spices that you won’t find elsewhere.

Another well-known restaurant in Dublin is given, which offers tasty meats and unique drinks. A place to eat delicious Arabic food with the refinement that few other places offer.

Vietnamese

Another cuisine that has conquered many palates in Europe and which is worth getting to know is Vietnamese.

The restaurant Pho Kim is one of the best known in Dublin when it comes to Vietnamese food. The restaurant also offers vegan and vegetarian options. Try the fried dough rolls (Cha-Choi or Goi Cuon) or the traditional soups (noodles) so popular in Asia.

The restaurant chain Always has three restaurants, all of them with typical Vietnamese dishes in relaxed and friendly environments. If you’ve never tried Southeast Asian food, this is a good restaurant for your first experience.

Caribbean – Trinidad and Tobago

If you want food more like ours, then you can visit the many restaurants serving Mexican food in Dublin. However, a restaurant opened in 2021 has conquered the palate of Irish and tourists, it is theAA’s Caribbean.

The restaurant started small, but soon grew and today serves dozens of people daily. The restaurant serves “street food” based on typical Caribbean condiments, with vegan and vegetarian options.

Options include roasted or stewed chicken, accompanied by rice and salad, hamburger and spicy sauces.

Polish

We finish this list of good restaurants with an indication of an establishment that offers delicious Polish meals.

Polish Flavors is an excellent choice for those who like intense and different flavors. Products include many types of baked goods, pasta, and well-cooked and seasoned vegetables.
